Looks almost like a Solaris Trollino.

nemeza:
Are there still GS NGE 152 M17 Trolleybusses from Eberswalde (b Berlin) in Budapest?
Yes, and they will still run for some couple of years.. There are GANZ - Ikarus 280 and Kiepe-Obus - Ikarus 435 trolleys only as articulated ones. Only MAN (Gräf&Stift) can run without cables above.. (solo buses are an other topic)
There is a project for new trolleys, but Skoda fighting against it.. (Sure, that they are angry as not they won the tram project, but CAF)Today's news that a Siemens Combino tram was collided - looks quite bad.

I'm digging out this (not very often frequented) topic because there appeared a question on my point. It's about the retrofitted Tatra T3R.P(V/LF) in Prague which got a TV Progress instead of the old PCC-accelerator.
After mentioning this topic and dealing with it I realized that there are at least two different kinds of sound in this trams, even if they all should have the same control:
Most of the trams seem to be sounding like example 1, a permanently humming tone, at example 2 the frequence is changing often.
Could someone explain why the cars sound different even if they should have the same control (?)?
