When i drive the 130E Spandau Bahnhof -> Im Spektefeld Schüllcentrum the passengers do not enter the bus!

Go to your Omsi-Options and put the "timetable-priority" to "4".

Did you try to enter 13000 instead 13010? Because as I know there is no E after 1991, its just wroten on the timetable because they start/end on the different termini (neither ruhleben nor nervenklinik)
