    What I do tend to agree on wholeheartedly, is the anger regarding the lack of communication by the authors to non-German speaking customers. Us english-speaking users always felt like second-class citizens on these forums, but in the past day the feeling was downgraded to something like "the poor relatives who came to visit uninvited". German speaking users have a dynamic FAQ with bug reports and the authors frequently chiming in, we get nada. That's not right. We should not get to feel second-rate just because we don't speak German.

    1. Beta-testers of OMSI 2 should be called "I-do-nothing-else-except-putting-videos-on-Youtube-to-make-you-jealous" (and it's a fact).


    OMSI 2 Beta testing launched in July, so just think a second, when did the first video came out? Oh, it was in the late November. Close enough to July i think, it quite takes a long time to produce Videos if you are not doing anything all day.

    Guys, i can really understand your outrage, but i please you not to search for the guilty among the real beta testers, from which in fact only i uploaded a video on youtube because i was asked to do so. The other uploads are not from beta testers, the publisher wrote to the "let's players" a few days before the release and offered them a prerelease version, nobody decleared them to be testers, the publisher just wanted them to make videos. There was no possibility given by the publisher to report bugs they might found. I can not believe, that MR wanted the publisher to do this!


    I promise that MR and even every real tester worked really hard about months.
    As already mentioned, i can understand your outrage and i can just repeat: Nearly none of the bugs appearing in the release Version appeared during the tests (and the final version was tested too!), and if you calm down and think about it twice: MR would never release a game in a state like this!
    I do not know why these bugs are appearing, for me, it looks like two versions are mixed up. A mistake happened, it could happen to everybody here. This mistake concerns nearly all buyers, thats a tragedy, but be at least this fair and give them a chance to correct this mistake. But with trying to make them to read a thread which is just repeating everything they know already and not even with a minimum of courtesy as it should be normal among adults, you will not help them.


    You will not believe me, but I can play more than 5 hours in a row (maximum tested) without any crash with the latest beta.
    Please calm down now, this behaviour suffers to the credibility of some here already.


    Just my two cents, now hate me because i crashed the ideas of some of you here.

    The german speaking part of this forum do not get more information than the english speaking except for one post last day. At the moment, it is not nice, but be happy that Marcel and Rüdiger are working on fixing the issue and do not waste time with arguing all day.

    I would like to have the whole forum in English, because then there wouldn't be that many stupid little idiots crying three days and more because the moderators close a thread which already exists more than once. And I say this as one whose native language is (Austrian) German.

    The German forum got an FAQ, we didn't even get a message saying "Hang in there, we're working on it and apologise for the problems". Also how do you expect us to find your PM when you're posting in the German section? The support should be professional and the Steam forums for the game should have a stickied post in it informing customers that a patch is coming. I'm sure Steam is the major source of buyers right now. Instead there is no message and everyone is complaining and the only way to get information is to either speak German or go around 20 threads google translating M&R's replies.

    I agree with some and I disagree with others. OMSI 2 is a lovely game (after spending several hours before getting it to work), but there is just some small stuff to change to make many happy. Just get rid of all the bug and errors we get all the time, simple errors that comes from the ai-list/timetable files. Fix those, make the game work, and I'm happy. I'm not looking for a awsome game that can do 50 FPS, I'm looking for OMSI 2 that can make 15-30 FPS and still be my favorite game.
    Edit: I belive you Julian (I don't know why I shoudn't), and if there was someone I wanted to beta-test, it would be you. Thanks for confirming the things with the beta testing etc. But, atlest, M+R are working on it. Let's hope for the best, and let's start driving again. I've got some hours to fill up!
