What are you trying to accomplish? Because the easiest way is just to open the button of allter, Panel_tuertaster.X and move that on the X and Y axis and export it under a new name. (eg: Panel_tuertaster_2.X )
Now you shouldn't have to rotate anything, the button will be nicely in line with the others.If you want I can do the moving and exporting.
