    Your GPU doesn't matter, because OMSI uses only the CPU heavy.


    I think it's difficult to recommend good settings for so slow CPU's. (Slow means not only the frequency. A modern processor does have much more power because he has newer instructions, more efficiency etc. with the same frequency as an older one.)


    BTW: Your CPU normally have 3.8 GHz and can use 4.0 GHz Turbo-Mode, when my information is correct.


    I hope, that one from the pro's here does have some good advice's for you.
