Am glad to see another bus other than a Citaro or a MAN.
Thank you

I actually wanted to make these too, but did not find any reference images. So thanks for these, I may add them later.
All jpg textures were converted to dds, so the bus now loads much faster, than before. Performance also improved.

We're nearing the finish line.
Or should i say, Finnish line?
RATTI helped us out with a lot of tweaks regarding the drivetrain, which already made the bus a lot more enjoyable and realistic.
You can also expect some more by him, but more on that at a later time

DE: Kann man die Repaints per PN euch zukommen lassen?
EN: Can you send the repaints via PN? (Google Translator)
Mfg
Busfahrer-JJ
Can you make also some repaints for Rheinhausen/Winsenburg :O

OMG!! It looks so damn good! :-O
Naja egal. Sieht Spitze aus der Bus
looks already veery good!
Could we get a template? So we can do repaints a bit like for helvete's Lion's coach

You can find the template in the Spoiler tag of my previous post.
Where can I send my repaint?
If you want, you can send it to me and I can send you pictures.
But at the moment, I can test only the repaints for the articulated version with 3 doors.
Guten abend leute!
Update:
During the downtime of the forum, we were working hard to be able to finish the 7700A FL.
At the moment it looks like we can release it before school starts again, altough we can't see the future so don't be mad if it takes a bit longer
At first, the 3 door articulated version will be released, later followed by the 4 door and then the solos. (If everything goes as planned of course).
The package will contain two variants (for the 3 door articulated):
One German version, with the IVU Ticketbox (thanks to Sven Daniel for his cooperation ) , and orange-led matrix:
And a Hungarian version, with VULTRON display controller + EMKE ticket machine (thanks to padarmartin and JXBELL ), and classic green matrix:
Both of these share the same repaints, plus you will have 15 setvars to customize your bus, including:
-small windows, bigger sliding windows or no openable windows
-rear matrix with/without destination
-back section with/without matrix
-driver aircon
-Hungarian / German dynamic or repaintable custom license plate
-foglights
-5 different hubcaps
-switching between 310/340/360/380 HP engine
Apart from that, a Bad Hügelsdorf repaint was added to the fictional lineup:
I am in connection with two actual 7700A drivers, so we're trying to make everything that is simulated as close to the real deal as possible.
The dashboard is finished, almost all the switches and buttons are working.
For the onboard computer, only a so called "Favourite Display" is simulated, plus the door page when needed. The "Favourite Display" can be used to select 3 gauges to be displayed during driving. In our case those 3 are Battery voltage, Ad-Blue level and Temperature sensors. These buses have a really extensive onboard computer system in real life, but simulating it all would probably put OMSI on its knees, and most of the time the "Favourite Display" is used by the drivers. I will soon show some pictures of that as well.
So apart from fixing the last bits and squeezing out some more FPS, I'm starting to write a pdf manual, which will probably be made available a bit before release, as a teaser. Also, we may or may not film a trailer video for the bus
Thank you for your patience, and have a nice day!
...but simulating it all would probably put OMSI on its knees...
Implying it's not already on its knees.
It looks fantastic! I'm glad that there is coming a new bus for Omsi!
It looks like a masterpiece.
Really good (and hard) work.
Well done on this bus. Looks Great. Take your time in getting it out. It would be amazing to have it in OMSI right now But i believe that you guys need to ensure every thing is working perfectly. An di am sure you guys will be able to release one of the best OMSI addons ever.
A bit late, but as promised, the dashboard computer in it's current (and probably final) form:
