Another day, another bus... Due to quite a few losses of vehicles in recent times for a variety of reasons, Stagecoach has been suffering from a severe shortage of vehicles for service. A selection of ALX400 based Volvos were purchased from Hong Kong to provide a replacement for some of the vehicles for the foreseeable future. However, due to several buses being taken out of action in previous days, today's allocation hasn't had the chance to be fully liveried and trimmed in Stagecoach Corporate Livery or even to have the Display Boards configured, so they have are very much rough and ready from delivery! Being pretty old buses, the Air Conditioner has failed and there are several small problems with the. However, they do perform surprisingly well and are quite nice to drive - I can't wait for the paint shop to get them painted in their corporate colours!
