What u mean for a Bus?

In your OMSI folder (Steam->SteamApps->Common->OMSI 2). Go to Ticket Packs, make a backup of the folder Ticket Packs. Now you have to go to the ticket pack, you wish (normally Berlin_86) and delete the folders M1, M2,..; F1,F2,...; FO1, FY1 and MY1. Now the passengers don't complain or greet any more. If you want them to greet you have to go into each folder and delete every .wav file exept the ones: "Hello, GoodMorning, Ticket xy, ...)
