I'm pretty sure someone already answered to this but I can't find the key to see the red text on the top left corner which tells you what ticket the customer wants and how much is it. I've probably disabled it somehow but I can't find the control in the option, so for now, I stopped selling tickets.

Hold "Shift", then press "Z". It might be "Y" on an english keyboard, i don't know.

I think the problem is a differt one. Because of the fact, that the price of a ticket is always displayed in the top left corner (exept you disabled it in some way) and is not activated by SHIFT+Z (or Y maybe on your french keyboard) I think that you have the same problem as anybody else has. I don't know what it's caused by, but I've got a theory. The red text disappears when you TAB out of the game, it doesn't do it always, but somehow I once managed to get it back. This is an issue which has to be looked in to, but sadly the development of OMSI 2 got shut down.
