problem running OMSI on windows 10

A friend has a problem running OMSI on windows 10

The OMSI works perfectly in Windows 8.1 environment if I change and I put the 10 OMSI only gives errors, nor a map with it to load if reinstalling the 8.1 returns to work properly. Has anyone gone through this and found a solution?
