No mods, clean installation of OMSI 2.

CPU: intel i7
GPU: Nvidia 1070
So, here's all the problems:
- (Before clean installation) Playing on Städtdereick v.3, Omsi freezes when refreshing terrain
- (Before clean installation) Restarting Omsi, map doesnt load in at all, only the sky...
- (Before clean installation) Verifying game files, says everything is ok.
- (Before clean installation) Checking maptools and addon manager, everything is ok
- (Before clean installation) Trying another map, same problem.
- Clean installation of omsi, starting grundorf, freezes when refreshing terrain. (everything should be default???)
- Checking addon manager, loads of Marcel/Ruede textures is missing.
What can be the solution of this? I mean, a clean installation should do the trick? But nope, same error. Looks like i have a Direct9 error aswell?

Looks like i am missing only(!) DDS-files. tried to convert some BMP-files to DDS and the missing textures disappeared, but the map doesnt work anyways. And remember, this is Grundorf, it is not supposed to be a problem with the most classical map of omsi.
What should i do? I am so grateful for all the help i can get.
