Real weather doesn't load

I have a good fiber optic internet connection, the same one I had months ago before it stopped working. And the ICAO is untouched and reinstalled

I use Windows Firewall and in theory it has the permissions but I have no idea. It is frustrating to always be at 15ºC.

Already, it is a solution that I knew, but the experience is lost in which it does not wait as it will in the next few minutes and it only goes in the Singleplayer, in the BCS for example that is impossible to do.
