I have scanned the exe with Avast! and it is completely safe and presents no risk, but I also understand where you are coming from Wilburg, I don't like .exe's either.

Well, since letitbit was being a royal pain, I had to look elsewhere.
I found it at www.ulozto.net. Don't let the rar deceive you, as it simply contains the exe file.
But if anyone else out there is looking for this map, here you go.
Also, you can convert the map for OMSI 2 without any problems. JUst install it normally into the OMSI 2 root folder, then open the Editor, open the map Test track and save it. It should run perfectly
