Ich meinte auch die Einstellung via Menü. Dort wo ich die Linienbezeichnung eingebe und dann per Dropdown-Menü das Ziel einstelle, oder? Das funktioniert bei mir nämlich auch nicht.
Das es mittels Steuergerät nicht funktioniert ist mir bewusst. -

Würde zu dem Thema auch einmal um Hilfe bitten.
Habe die aktuelle Version 1.2 installiert. Nun gebe ich über das ALT-Menü beispielsweise 54A ein und der Buchstabe wird trotzdem nicht geschildert. Was mache ich denn falsch? -
Mittlerweile habe ich OMSI auch von einer SSD gestartet. Laden geht nun schneller, aber leider bleiben die beschriebenen Symptome bestehen. Ich würde nur ungern mein mittlerweile großes Projekt aufgeben müssen. Gibt es evtl. Möglichkeiten mit den Debug-Einstellungen um zu verhinder dass der Editor nach jedem Mausklick irgendwas neu berechnet?
Testhalber habe ich auch die Grafikeinstellungen auf minimal gestellt. -
Ich verwende als Addon derzeit SimpleStreets und SimpleStreets+. Die wenigen Wartehäuschen, die ich aufgestellt haben sind die Originalen.
Wie gesagt ich habe derzeit eigentlich nur Straßenzüge gebaut. -
ja dein zweiter beschriebener Fall trifft zu.
Auch in meinem Fall dadurch bedingt, dass ich zuerst eine gesamte Linie nachbaue und dann später eine neuere Linie eine bereits bestehende trifft.
Was bei mir häufig passiert.Ja stimmt, das Nachladen beim scrollen ist bei mir auch etwas lästig.
Die Funktion "gesamte Karte Laden" hatte ich davor auch deaktiviert und nur zu Testzwecken aktiviert.
Kurz gesagt ich habe also Pech gehabt oder gibt es noch Tricks?
Ist da der Flaschenhals HDD evtl. ausschlaggebend?
Die CPU ist meistens eher gelangweilt. -
"Gesamte Karte laden" führte dazu, dass der Editor anscheinend nach jeder Aktion die gesamte Karte aktualisiert sprich solange einfriert wie er beim starten ladet.
Lightmaps waren leider auch nicht erfolgreich.
Testhalber habe ich die Grafik auf PC2006 gestellt und alle Optionen bei den erweiterten Grafikeinstellungen deaktiviert. Auch hier leider kein Erfolg.
Ich habe auf meiner Karte bis jetzt nur Straßen, Haltestellen, Beleuchtung und Ampeln verbaut. -

Ich bin am bauen meiner eigenen Map.
Leider gestaltet sich dies als mühsam in Gebieten wo ich schon Straßenzüge und Haltestellenwürfel gesetzt habe.Sobald ich ein Objekt hinzufügen, verschieben, drehen oder löschen möchte friert der Editor für etwa 5 Sekunden ein.
Der Editor reagiert dann so als ob ich unter "Map auf "Refresh" klicke.
Die Karte ist recht groß, aber läuft im Spiel ohne gröbere Probleme.In unbebauten Gebieten tritt dieses Problem vernachlässigbar gering auf.
Könnte ein Wechsel zu einer SSD dieses Problem beseitigen?
Gibt es andere Tipps um dieses Problem einzudämmen?Logfile:
