I Solved the problem by using a different bus as base (was MAN EN92, now is MB o405 Solo from Three Generations)

The passengers show no reaction.


Also other problem:

If I add the bus to ailist the lights don't work except when I change to it but then it shuts engine down but everything else works.

Also if I change it to AI when engine runs then the AI works fine

So the passangers aren't noticing my bus even if i tried to do the following:
correct paths and passangercabin
doors are animated
correct hof file and destination (next to busstop)

The bus has 1 front foor and 1 middle door (1+1+0).
