thank you, it was that, anyway it works well with SOLO VHH PVG1994 , but with SOLO VHH 1992/1993 doesn t appear the number "190"

I have an I7 6820 and GTX980 on WIN10, I play OMSI at full details and I have only 20 FPS but I have a CPU and GPU usage below 40, how could I set the game for more usage of cpu and gpu?
