Alles anzeigenHello lubukesh,
both, the OM906hLa and the OM457hLa can be in the bus. When you order the bus, you can chose between these two engines
Thanks for the values, I try it, when the new busmodel is ready
Best wishes
KevKev
Ah yes, I was referring to the "standard" engine forgetting you could choose the 457 optionally.
KevKev - I'm really liking your Citaro. A few points to make it even better:
1) You have made the Citaro MÜ, not the Citaro LE MÜ. Therefore, it should be fitted with OM906hLA sounds and engine scripts not the more powerful OM457LA.
2) The rot_pnt_long and inv_min_turnradius values in the .bus file have not been changed to reflect the longer wheelbase and the rear wheels being further back. This means it currently drives like a 12m and the rear wheels slide outwards when turning.
I have spent a while getting it right through trial and error, but I've finally found what I believe to be the best values to use for the rot_pnt_long to stop the rear wheels sliding out whilst not "dragging" either:
I also drive a mix of 12.0m and 12.8m Volvo B12M's in real life; while I realise these are different to Citaros, I have a good idea of how much difference approximately 1m extra wheelbase makes to the steering lock, and I believe the value should be something like:
I welcome you to try out these new values and see if you agree they are more realistic. There is quite a noticeable difference in turning a 13m 2-axle bus compared to a 12m in real life, so I think this is realistic.
