Wenn der Bus fertig ist, wird er dann kosten oder wird er kostenlos sein ?
Falls er kosten sollte, wie viel wird dass ungefähr sein ? -
Kamnst du lesen??
-
will you make one with double doors in the middle
-
There is as far as i know no Lion's Coach with Double-Door in the middle. You probably mean the Lion's Regio, Helvete won't build this one.
-
Nothing much has changed, most of the scripts are finished, starting to work on the sounds, plus I have remapped the body. This is how the default livery will look like:
Have a great afternoon!

Nein. Dieser Bus ist Freeware.
No. This bus is freeware.

Can I drive the coach with door open?
Sorry for my broken english! -
Can I drive the coach with door open?
I don't think that the bus will have it. The newer buses don't have it. At least with the MAN Lion's Regio you can't drive with the door open.

yes you can, There's a switch on the left side of the cockpit which deactivates the door lock -
Is it like stop brake or what?
-
Is it like stop brake or what?
on the LR it's a built in brake that applies when you open the doors, and you can release it by pressing the throttle once the doors are closed or with this switch, as for the LC I don't know for sure, we'll see, now back to topic. -
Check out the Lion's Coach! Enhanced mesh, new livery layout, 3D headlights, and a 3-level retarder! The scripting is practically over, time to gather some sounds and correct physics settings. Enjoy!
-
Wow, it looks simply great! But do the headlights really are that slim? I mean the width, not the heighth.
-
The size of the headlights is OK, checked it
Interior lighting, it will be possible to turn on the blue LED separately
-
Helvete, your work looks amazing! The bus is stunning and I can't wait to have it in my "garage"!
I want to ask you something a bit irrelevant. I wonder if you could tell me which map are you using in these photos. I would be really grateful!!

It's spitterberg V4

I'm having some technical issues. I set the money coordinates in passengercabin.cfg, but in the game the money floats in the air and is not affected by the bus' suspension.Sosi0089: I was missing the last entry, thanks!

Your work is absolutely stunning (as it has been since day #1 of your project).

Since you didn't mention it, note that there's a third passenger cabin primary light source type, comprising fluorescent tubes integrated in the overhead luggage compartments (see attachment); just a FYI.
Additionally, have you thought about allowing individual use of the reading lights? It would induce quite a bit of texturing / model.cfg / variable overhead for sure, but it would as well enable AI passengers to "use" them under certain circumstances, which would be a nice little feature to have, I guess
. At the script level, the algorithm might look as follows (unoptimized pseudocode): Code- // repeat once every few thousand frames as a performance enhancement
- // do for each seat / reading light
- // ---
- // reading lights typically have 3 states:
- // 0 = force all off
- // 1 = allow passenger control of individual lights
- // 2 = force all on
- IF ($electrics_on AND $seat_is_occupied AND ($corresponding_reading_light == 0) AND ($environment_is_sufficiently_dark) AND ($primary_passenger_cabin_light_source == 0) AND (($reading_lights_mode == 2) OR (($reading_lights_mode == 1) AND (random_chance(10%)))))
- $corresponding_reading_light = 1
- ELSE
- $corresponding_reading_light = 0
- END_IF
Lastly, WRT door operation constraints, I'm pretty sure LC's--as generally seems to be the case for coaches of EU manufacturers of this "class" and generation--can still be driven with both doors open, without use of an emergency stop-brake deactivation switch; a warning sound is typically played when a door is open and the vehicle's velocity exceeds ~5 km/h.
